Our REXIM cocoa powder - a natural and healthy treat. Since 1977, the name Rexim has been synonymous with high-quality 20/22 cocoa powder with no added sugar for baking, delicious drinks and other tasty preparations. The minerals naturally contained in cocoa powder, such as iron, copper and zinc, as well as some B vitamins, make it a healthy, unprocessed nutrient.

COCOA

Hot chocolate, chocolate muffins, brownies or chocolate mousse cannot exist without it and cannot satisfy our chocolate cravings. We're talking about cocoa, of course!

Pure cocoa powder with no added sugar is lightly de-oiled and therefore contains a higher proportion of cocoa butter compared to heavily de-oiled cocoa. This means a more intense cocoa flavour for all the delicacies made from it. The very aromatic, dark cocoa powder with red reflections is particularly suitable for making cakes, fillings and drinks as well as for rolling chocolates. Our cocoa nibs made from 100% peeled, roasted and broken cocoa beans are an ideal and delicious ingredient for muesli, as a topping for baking or to refine savoury dishes such as a delicious vegetable chilli.
