If your profile largely matches our requirements profile, we will invite you to a personal interview in a friendly atmosphere. The aim is for us to get to know each other and decide whether we are a good fit.

If both parties are interested, we will invite you to a trial working day. This will allow you to get to know the team and the tasks involved and to form your own judgement.

Was the trial working day a positive experience for both sides? Then you will receive an employment contract from us. Before you start, we will send you a personalised induction plan.

You will get to know your workplace and your colleagues and will be assigned a mentor who will accompany you for the first six months. We will help you to "settle in" both professionally and personally, for example through regular feedback meetings.
